Bella Dura’s recycle stream is a closed loop. 100% of the fabric and scrap can be safely and easily recycled. This process begins by sending samples of the fabric and a completed description/approval form for the waste available. Once approved, fabric is returned and enters the recycling stream.
Bella Dura’s performance fabric is woven with a proprietary polyolefin fiber exclusive to the brand. These 100% solution dyed fabrics are bleach cleanable, microbe, mildew, stain, and UV resistant and exceptionally durable, with an excess of 1500 hours lightfastness.
Bella Dura provides a warranty to the original purchaser of upholstered furniture, cushions and fabrics for three years in our Commercial markets from the original date of purchase/installation.
This limited warranty is validated upon Bella Dura receipt of the Warranty Registration Card, signed by the sales representative where the product was purchased.
This warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of strength or color from normal usage and exposure to weather and atmospheric conditions including sunlight. This warranty covers the replacement of the fabric only.
Swavelle Group, parent company to Bella Dura, provides a warranty to the original purchaser of upholstered furniture, cushions and fabrics for three years in our Commercial market from the original date of purchase/installation.
Call the dealer or retailer from whom you purchased the product to inspect the claim. They will contact the manufacturer of the item purchased, who will contact Bella Dura to ask to evaluate the fabric in question, and if it is determined to be inconsistent with the warranty, Bella-Dura will provide replacement fabric to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage to the fabric caused by animals, chemicals, improper cleaning, unreasonable use or improper installation of fabric. The warranty does not apply to fabric to which any stain or soil repellant treatment has been applied by anyone other than the fabric manufacturer.
