Bella Dura Home is extremely durable. Tested using the Wyzenbeek method, Bella Dura Home fabrics exceed 30,000 double rubs minimum, with some going beyond 50,000.
Bella Dura Home can withstand 1000 lighthours minimum (with some patterns in the line going higher as the yarns are blended) and are backed by a 5-year warranty.
While Bella Dura Home fabrics retain all performance characteristics without a finish, we do apply a standard stain repellent to aid in water repellency and allow for extremely easy cleaning. PFC (fluorine) free options are available – consult with your sales representative for more information.
Bella Dura Home fabrics are inherently stain resistant, so a mild soap and water solution is typically enough to remove most stains. For tougher stains, bleach is safe to use. Always rinse with clean water and allow to air dry. Learn more in the Care section of the website.

Bella Dura Home yarns inherently resist pilling.
Our Bella Dura polyolefin is a proprietary solution-dyed olefin yarn, allowing for richer color saturation and superior lightfastness to UV (exceeding 1500 hours).
Our High-UV polyester yarns are extremely soft and not subject to the same pilling issues as other spun yarns. Their high-energy dyes are inherently bleach cleanable, with added UV inhibitors that exceed 1000 light hours. Acrylic, while a durable choice for outdoor environments, is a short staple fiber prone to pilling.
Bella Dura Home yarns are inherently resistant to mildew. In the case of mildew as the result of dirt, soil or contamination, many common cleaners including bleach, can be used to disinfect, without causing harm. To achieve the best results, always keep your Bella Dura Home fabrics clean.
Our warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of strength or color from normal usage and exposure to weather and atmospheric conditions including sunlight. This warranty covers the replacement of the fabric, only.

Bella Dura Home fabrics are woven with fibers that dry easily. They should always be air-dried, and never tumble-dried or exposed to high heat.
